How does this get installed in wood chip play surfacing area? Or must this be installed only where poured in place rubber is provided? Does there have to be a drain attachment below the surface?

An accessible merry to round must be installed on solid surfacing. This would include poured in place surfacing, tiles or turf. The merry go round must be flush with the surfacing to allow a person with mobility issues easy access. Regarding a drain or water issues, you must address these prior to installing new equipment. The merry go round does not have any type of drain attached.
