What is the total width and can we get only one bucket seat and a regular swing
Question by: Linda Moreo on Mar 18, 2021, 5:16 PM
Hello and thank you for your question. It would not be recommended to add a belt swing because this swing set is rated for children up to 5 years old and can hold the weight of an average 5 year old. Adding a belt swing could encourage older children to swing and this swing does not have the extra support standard swing sets have so with added weight it could damage the swing footer and cause the swing to rock.
What dimensions are the footer(s)? Can they be set as one large tube or two smaller?

The footer size for this swing is 18" wide X 36" deep for each footer. You can make the footer larger, if you like but you cannot pour a smaller footer.

Given the fact that this swing only has the center post and does not have a supporting post on both ends of the top rail, I would not recommend using a saucer on one or both sides. This swing is designed for younger children.
How does this get mounted/installed? Is this playground standard?

This swing will need to be in ground mounted, using a footer. Based on bucket seats, the use zone is 20' x 22' 7". Please also note, safety surfacing is required when installing playground equipment.
