There is not a cover for the Elevated Sand Table.

How easy is this to put together and how should it be anchored to the ground?

Hi John. These are relatively easy to install, but it would all depend on the installer's skill set. This will need to be installed with footers in ground.

How much sand does the table hold?

This depends upon how full you want the sand table to be. I would start with 80 pounds and then decide if you would like to add more.
