What does the use zone mean? Does it include a fall zone in the dimensions?

The use zone is the area required to ensure the safety of the children using the equipment. Each piece of playground equipment has a footprint (the actual size of the equipment) and the use zone (includes the footprint and a 6' buffer all the way around the playground).
