The Flip Flopper Standing Playground Ride by Playground Equipment Dot-com is a cool update of a traditional seesaw. Instead of sitting down, users will instead stand upright while safely holding onto nearby handlebars. Secondly, this commercial-grade playground unit uses powerful springs rather than a central fulcrum to help riders generate the motions. While a single child can use the Flip Flopper alone, they’ll find it’s more exciting to recruit another to help bounce the springs. This can prompt kids to practice their teamwork skills in the process. The standing platforms are built of a resilient rotationally molded plastic that’s amusingly shaped into decorative crabs. The steel framework is finished with powder-coated paint, which makes the unit physically durable and capable of maintaining its attractive appearance.
