The Playground Wear Mat is ideal for minimizing erosion of loose safety surface at high traffic areas on the playground, often occurring at slide exits and beneath swings. Pictured with our cypress color rubber mulch, this mat is made from 100% recycled tires and placed at the base of a slide to prevent kick-out. Impact tested to a 3' fall height, these mats add an extra layer of shock absorption to existing loose surfaces such as mulch or pea gravel. This wear mat is the right size and price for any playground with loose fill surfacing. This affordable mat measures 36" x 36" x 1.5". A pallet contains 56 mats.
