The Big Day!!!

It’s your due date for your new playground to be delivered, and you have all of your help ready and waiting.

Once the truck arrives, check for obvious damage to the packaging it arrives in.

Damages & Shortages!!!

  • What are potential damages you should note?
    • Damage to pallets (damage of ANY kind)
    • Damage to packaging (damage of ANY kind)
    • Damage to equipment (damage of ANY kind)
  • How do I write and note damages?
    • Take photos as much as possible while unloading
    • Before signing the proof of delivery all items noted
    • You and the driver will sign noting the damage
  • How do I note shortages (missing equipment)?
    • Going off the packing lists all items should be accounted for.
      This means opening the pallet, checking the items
    • Do NOT sign for the shipment until the packing list is gone through
  • If you have damage or shortages, what do I do after all this?
    • Contact us immediately. 1-877-826-2776
    • We will be in touch with the freight company and yourself for information
    • Be sure to have detailed notes and photos for a fast turn around on your replacements

Now you got the truck unloaded and grab the hardware box and pull out your packing list check everything off that you received it and for any damage (You have 72 hours from delivery to report any damaged or lost items)

Everything came perfect! You and your team of installers are ready to begin!
