These accessible swings have been specially designed to accommodate both adult and juvenile wheelchairs, even motorized wheelchairs! The front ramp allows easy access onto and off of platform; the rear ramp is fixed upright. Optional pull chain enables users to enter, propel themselves, and exit on their own. Hello Heidi and thank you for your question. You do not need to purchase anything else with this item. If you order with the frame it will come with everything that you need. We just ask that you confirm that its either portable or in ground mount.
