I explained to her the urgency of our school receiving this ASAP as we have autistic students who were heartbroken when the swing broke and they were not able to swing the last week of Summer School. Nicole (Nikki) had the swing to us in one week! She understood the urgency of my request! THANK YOU SO MUCH for caring for our students (and staff)! It means a great deal to us!Leanne L

When I placed the order a confirmation is sent to me with the date I will receive the product. This is a well run company with quick response. I would tell anyone who needs part or new equipment for your play areas this is the first place to go.
