We were so pleased with our purchase from AAA! As a small school, the playground structure was a substantial purchase for us and we were so comfortable working with AAA. Everyone from sales to the art department was accommodating, knowledgeable and understanding. They answered all of our questions and ensured delivery went smoothly. In addition to the large play structure, we have purchased smaller climbing structures and play equipment, and have been completely satisfied with every purchase and the customer service.

I called AAA State of Play on August 13, 2024 to place an order for an adult-size swing for our school. Nicole Matson said it would take five weeks to receive. I explained to her the urgency of our school receiving this ASAP as we have autistic students who were heartbroken when the swing broke and they were not able to swing the last week of Summer School. Nicole (Nikki) had the swing to us in one week! She understood the urgency of my request! THANK YOU SO MUCH for caring for our students (and staff)! It means a great deal to us!

I ordered a part for my play equipment and they responded with a quote by the next Day. When I placed the order a confirmation is sent to me with the date I will receive the product. This is a well run company with quick response. I would tell anyone who needs part or new equipment for your play areas this is the first place to go. Hebron Parks have been doing business with AAA for several years and have never been disappointed. The customer service has always been excellent no matter which department we are working with. Everyone is so helpful and can walk you through any purchase, delivery or installation necessary for whatever your needs are.
