Customer Questions
Questions: 1
Answers: 1
How much tension do these kind of machines have? In other words, how do they provide resistance and how much resistance?
Question by: Jackie Eizensmits on Aug 3, 2021, 11:46 AM
Resistance is actually created using one's body weight in conjunction with the machine. As one pushes out, they are pushing themselves turning their body into the resistance necessary for muscle building.
