Is there a weight limit on swing? We have a 17 year old special needs child that is 200lbs. Will this work for him?

Swings are designed for children ages 2 - 12. However, arch post swings are one of the strongest swings made. This will accommodate a weight of 200 pounds over time.
How is it anchored? What is top rail height after anchoring?

The posts of the swing are 11 feet long prior to installation. When installing, 2 feet will go into a concrete footer in the ground which will allow for a foot of engineered wood mulch as your surfacing. (If a different type of surfacing is used, the footer depth will need to be adjusted to accommodate the varying depths.) Once properly installed, the swing set has an 8 foot top rail.
