The Way to the Top play structure offers multiple ways for children to reach the heights of excitement on the playground. The easiest way is by climbing the simple Transfer Station Stairs, which are designed to be easily accessible. There is also a Sea Creature Climber for children who want a slightly more challenging climb, which happens to also have a vibrant nautical theme. After ascending either of these, children are rewarded with a 4-foot tall Single Straight Slide. However, the most exciting part of the Way to the Top is still higher up. After climbing up the stairs from the lower platform, or the vertical ladder, children can reach the upper platform, which houses the entrance to a 6-foot tall Single Straight Slide. This platform also has a Ship’s Wheel built into the Metal Barrier railing, which allows children to imagine that they are the ‘captains’ of the play structure, sailing across the wide expanses of the playground. There is even a Math Panel at the base of the tall platform, in order to sneak a bit of educational fun into playtime.
