If the water is not circulating and pumping is there a trouble shooting guide to use to help determine what is not working?

Hello Betsy and thank you for your question. Debris can cause the pump to not work. Please inspect the pump and clear out any debris and see if that helps!
I need 3 plugs for our Zigzag Recirculating Triple Water Trough.
